BlackRock Buys Majority Stake in Waste Management Firm E360S

BlackRock Alternatives has bought a majority stake in Canadian waste management company Environmental 360 Solutions Inc.
Investors led by the BlackRock Inc. division acquired the stake from owners including Almada Inc., OPSEU Pension Plan Trust Fund and Oaktree Capital Management, according to a statement that didn’t disclose terms of the deal.
