Basis Global Technologies, which provides SaaS for programmatic ad buying, workflow automation, and analytics, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Thursday. The company originally filed in January 2022 with a proposed deal size of $100 million. It had not updated its prospectus since then.
The Chicago, IL-based company was founded in 2001 and booked $507 million in revenue for the 12 months ended September 30, 2021. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol BASI. Goldman Sachs, BofA Securities, RBC Capital Markets, BMO Capital Markets, Stifel, and Needham & Co. were set to be the joint bookrunners on the deal.
